Cardio kickboxing takes the best parts of an aerobic workout (music, excitement, energy & fitness) and mixes it with the best parts of a martial arts class ( self-defense techniques, kicking, punching and blocking). This blend creates a fun and effective workout.

• No physical contact
• No experience necessary
